This enables our experts to troubleshoot, perform software updates, and resolve technical issues without you needing to be physically present. It’s a convenient and efficient way to provide support, ensuring a quick resolution to any problems you’re experiencing.
We do not offer annual plans, but we can customize one for your needs.

Exact time for certain tasks is unpredictable, but performing a virus or malware scan may take up to 3 hours or more, transferring or recovering data can span across days, and repairing a screen may take 2 hours or longer.”
We will work efficiently to assist you in the shortest time possible without sacrificing the quality of the work.
We are available to help upon request, and if feasible, but you are responsible for making your own backup. Please read our contract regarding this matter. Note that this service may incur an additional cost.
The program used for these connections encrypts the communications between the two systems. A new code is required for each session. It would only happen if you provide this code and authorize the connection.

We prefer to work with the most up-to-date systems, such as Windows 10 or Windows 11, but we can still assist with the older Windows 7. We must warn you that security is highly vulnerable with Windows 7.
Additionally, we provide remote support for MacOS. Note that while Apple continues to offer technical support for some of their older MacOS versions, many new applications do not work on them. Apple encourages you to update your system, but it’s important to be aware that many old Apple computers may not have the physical capacity to sustain an update. As a result, there is a high likelihood that solutions may not be available for these older systems.

Remote connections are secured through encryption between computers, and your acceptance is required for the connection to be established. Regarding the information on your computer, your records will remain unopened, ensuring strict confidentiality. We do not retain your data after concluding any necessary handling; however, it is crucial to emphasize that you are responsible for your information, and we strongly recommend against sharing it.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, all repairs involve inherent risks. We operate on the principle of shared responsibility, recognizing that when a customer brings a pre-existing issue for resolution, both parties acknowledge the potential for complications. Your consent to proceed with any service indicates mutual understanding that we address the presented problem while considering any existing conditions.

Our policy states that the client accepts financial responsibility for any damages that may occur during the repair process, including potential damage during disassembly, electrostatic activities, soldering procedures, and unforeseen factors. This includes damages to LCD screens attached with adhesive and any risks associated with using non-original manufacturer power supply units on laptops. Additionally, our liability for accidental damage to certain components, such as motherboards, graphics cards, or CPUs, is limited to a maximum of $500. Please, read our service agreement
